Nick Caldwell – Owner/Broker

Nick Caldwell grew up on the gulf coast of the sunshine state. His career in the yachting industry didn’t start with boating. He began in the performance car industry at the ripe age of 18, building high-end custom drag vehicles. From there, his passions moved from the streets to the water, as he began working at Potter Performance Engines, where he began building high performance engines. From machine work and rigging, to dyno tuning, and sea trials, he had his hand in it all. In 2015, shorty after parting ways with Potter Performance Engines, Nick started his first company, which is still thriving to this day. Premium Marine Services, a concierge service that handles transportation, storage, shrink wrapping and more. From there, Nick briefly took on a role as a broker at Denison Yachting, before leaving to start his very own brokerage firm, Caldwell Yacht Sales.
